Free Shipping Upgrade Offer:  For a limited time, we are currently offering an Upgrade on your standard ground shipping order.  With the exceptions listed below, we will upgrade your ground shipping order to Priority 2-4 Business Days at no additional cost to you!  Upgraded Shipping does not apply or include the following items:  Any item(s) that ship via UPS or Fed Ex, Personalized Orders or any order that ships from any other facility other than our Arizona Facility, or any order that MUST ship via ground shipping due to it's contents - e.g. but not limited to (yard signs).  Just choose Ground Shipping as your option, and we will do the rest :) 

We may request a signature if we are shipping to a place of business or apartment.

At this current time, we ship anywhere in the USA including Hawaii and Virgin Islands, and most APO addresses.

Shipping Options - United States

We are not responsible for shipping transit times.  All shipping times are approximate.  Once orders leave our store, we cannot be held responsible, as it is no longer in our hands. 

Express Mail - Guaranteed *1-2 business days after processing (excluding postal holidays). *Orders that request Express Mail Shipping will in most cases ship the next business day. 

Priority Mail - Average Delivery Time 2-4 business days after processing (excluding postal holidays).  We are not responsible for shipping transit times.

Parcel Post - 10-14 business days on average - Please Note:  These times are only estimatations, and may arrive sooner or later than the average delivery times.  We are not responsible for shipping transit times.  Please consider this when choosing your shipping option.

Personalized Products (as stated) may ship via Fed Ex or UPS Ground.  Please read the shipping terms for these products.  These shipping times are also estimations and each product lists their approximate processing times, shipping times, and shipping terms.  We are not responsible for shipping transit times.

Please also note:  Once a personalized order has been sent to our processing department, we are no longer able to make changes.  If your email is blocked and we are unable to contact you, this does not release you from your personalized order obligation.

**Please note: Our carrier assesses a $10.00 fee for each incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to bill you for this correction fee, so please make sure the information you provide us with is correct and up-to-date!

Return Policy:

Within thirty (30) days from order date, you may return unopened merchandise in original condition and in original packaging, less a 25% restocking fee. Please email us at cstsvc@showerherbaby.com  or call our toll-free number 1-866-434-2229 for the proper return shipping address, and to ensure we have all of the necessary information to credit your account when the merchandise is received.  Please DO NOT return items to the address listed on your invoice without notification.  This will cause a delay in refunding your account. 

Items that will not be credited back are: Sale and /or clearance merchandise, discontinued merchandise, Balloon Weights, All Personalized Products and/or any products that ship from our processing department, plush items, food products, Opened merchandise and /or merchandise not in the original packaging and not in original condition. Sorry, no exceptions. A 25% restocking fee applies to ALL purchases. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return product.

Shower Her Baby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to return shipment handling. It is recommended that all returns be shipped back with a delivery confirmation. We do Not reimburse for shipping charges.  (However, if on a rare occasion it is being returned due to our error, please contact us in regards to which shipping method(s) we are willing to reimburse you for.  Orders that are returned using express or any other costly return shipping and/or fees, will NOT be reimbursed under any circumstance.)  It is at our discretion as to which method of shipping we will refund.  Refused and unclaimed shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges. It is up to you the customer to ensure your shipping address is correct. Failure to list an apartment number, suite number, business name, etc… or any incorrect or incomplete shipping address will result in customer paying to reship returned merchandise, and/or above restocking fees will apply.  Also, individual terms will apply to products shipping via Fed Ex and UPS Ground.
